Ordering

Where can I see your sofas?

Right now we're online only, but we are able to offer personal shopping video calls so that you can experience our sofas in the comfort of your own home. Please contact us for more details.

Where can I see your fabrics?

We offer a free swatch service on our website, which allows you to select up to 4 fabrics and should arrive with you within 5 working days.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Do you offer Interest Free Credit?

Unfortunately we do not offer interest free credit currently.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once we have your order, you will be contacted by our logistics partner via SMS to arrange a delivery date. The day before delivery, you will be given a 3 hour time slot, which will be updated on the morning of your delivery. Our delivery partner will also call 20 mins before they arrive with your sofa.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Your sofa will be delivered within 7 days to mainland UK locations. We don't currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland.

How is my sofa delivered?

Once we have your order, you will be contacted by our logistics partner via SMS to arrange a delivery date. The day before delivery you will be given a 3 hour time slot, which will be updated on the morning of your delivery. Our delivery partner will also call 20 mins before they arrive with your sofa.

Your sofa will be a 2 person delivery and will be delivered to your room of choice, unpacked, positioned and all packaging will be taken away, unless you request to keep it.

Unless your property has a lift, our delivery drivers will only be able to deliver to the 3rd floor.

How can I check that my sofa will fit?

All of our sofas are modular, with the largest parcel being 104 x 104 x 70cm. Please check that this will fit through all door frames and stairwells if needed.

Am I able to reschedule my delivery date?

You can amend your delivery date up to 2 working days, prior to your agreed delivery date. Please contact us here.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?

We are unable to deliver outside of Mainland UK, including Northern Ireland and the following postcodes DT5, HS1+, IV40+, KW16+, PA20+, PH41+, ZE2

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my sofa?

We're sure you'll love your new sofa, but if for any reason you do change your mind, we offer free returns for up to 30 days after your sofa is delivered. Please contact us to arrange a collection

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please attach an image of your sofa in it's original packaging. If you no longer have your original packaging please let us know when you request your return.

Our replacement sofa covers and interiors are made to order and can be returned for up to 14 days after delivery. They must be in their original packaging and we cannot accept returns once fitted.

What if something isn't right with my delivery?

If something is not quite right with your delivery, please contact us.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.

Can I return my order outside the 30 day return period?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns outside of the 30 day returns period, unless faulty.

Can I return my sofa without the original packaging?

In order to protect your sofa, it will need to be packaged in it's original packaging. If you no longer have your original packaging, please contact us.

Aftercare

What product guarantees do you offer?

All of our sofas come with a lifetime guarantee which covers against faults to the frame of your sofa, including:

-Loose joints

-Timber breakage

-Spring rails breakage

Our cushions have also been tested to a 10 year impact test.

How do I care for my sofa?

Do you offer replacement covers?

Yes you are able to buy a full set of replacement covers for your sofa.

HOW DO I REMOVE SPILLS/STAINS?
